Timeline
Seamlessly flow from makeup to first look to “I Do” to first dance to grand exit. We provide expert tips to ensure you, your family and your vendors are set up for success! We work hard (and will push you) to make decisions so that come wedding day, there are NO questions or issues.
Ceremony
We will help you to create a ceremony processional outline and will coordinate your rehearsal. We want you, your family and wedding party to feel confident before walking down the aisle! Everyone will know their position, their cues, and feel completely present before and during the ceremony.
Shot List
These are special moments with your family and wedding party. We will create a family and wedding party shot list to capture all your key combos. But, we will also guide you on how to avoid photo fatigue! There is such thing as too many photos, and we’ll help you narrow down to a reasonable amount!
Reception
We will evaluate your headcount, the parking situation, cocktail hour area, reception space, furniture inventory and more to create the perfect floor plan! We are familiar with many local venue spaces, their vendor policies and requirements, table shapes and sizes, dance floors, bars, buffets and more.
Logistics
We will stay on top of all of the details that can become
overwhelming to couples. We’ll read your contracts and make sure you obtain your marriage license, insurance, meet your due dates, payments, & share information with your vendors, family.

Stationery
Stationery sets the stage for an elegant affair! We’ll help you to design save-the-dates, invitation suites, menus, table numbers, escort cards, card and gift areas, memorial tables and more. We’ll define your aesthetic and choose fonts, colors and textures that we’ll use throughout the design process.
Botanicals
We will discuss your preferences and desires when it comes to floral, and connect you with a florist who best fits your personal style and vision! We will also help you strategically choose the types of arrangements you would like, and where to place them for the most WOW factor!
Linens & Tablewear
An elegant tablescape makes it feel like a wedding. Tables look and feel more “finished” with the right linen and tableware. Plus,
these fabrics and items will make your floral stand out even more! We’ll visit a showroom so you can get a glimpse of what’s to come!
Rentals & Customs
Whether you are looking for a tent, a stage, dance floor, statement bar, lounge seating, epic seating chart, photo backdrop, etc. We love creating big “moments” that will amaze your guests! We love working with rental companies and artisans to bring your ideas to life!
Music
We consider music to be a design element because it can completely alter the atmosphere of a wedding! Many of our favorite DJ’s have beautiful customized facades that they’ll spin behind, and nothing beats the glamour of a Band on a beautiful stage! Music really does set the mood for a great celebration!

Our clients revel in brainstorming sessions about design, and so do we! Simply put, it is fun to imagine the possibilities and design a day that reflects your personal style. We collaborate with you to develop wow factor moments and delightful little details that will inspire guests. Your floor plan, linens, tableware, florals, paper products, music, lighting and more are the notes that compose your wedding design symphony!

Planning & Support
The logistical aspects of wedding planning tend to get a bad rap, but this area is owner Christen Westcott’s bread and butter! She is an expert in all things wedding logistics and leaves no stone unturned to set you up for success. We’ll evaluate your headcount, venue space, parking and traffic, weather, vendor policies, timeline and more to ensure that you can walk confidently into your big day!

Execution is everything. The time, effort, love and care that we put into every client’s plan and design will be evident on your wedding day and will enable you and your loved ones to be fully present and enjoy these powerful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. Our 90-Day Planning & Coordination clients receive the same high standard when it comes to wedding day execution. We familiarize ourself with all of your preferences and priorities so that we are always one step ahead and anticipating client and vendor needs on wedding day.
Intimate Events
These packages are priced ‘a la carte’ as they tend to vary in size and scope. Please inquire for more details.
Events such as engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, send-off brunches, and milestone celebrations are characterized as “Intimate Events.” Due to the magnitude of our wedding clients’ needs, we accept a limited number of Intimate Events per year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t you offer Partial Planning?
It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me! I am an “all in” personality, and I have come to find that the lines simply get too blurry with Partial Planning. I find myself wishing I could do more, and I’m sure the client does as well! However, I do still offer 90-Day Planning and Coordination packages, because the guardrails on those packages are very clear. But act quickly, because we may not offer the 90 Day package for much longer.
Why don’t you offer Day-Of Coordination?
There is a wealth of online information to help couples plan their own weddings, but there is a reason why professional planners and designers have endured. 90-Day Planning & Coordination is our minimum package because we strongly believe in the value of having several thorough pre-wedding consultations in order to put our best foot forward.
