Dreaming about Design
Our clients revel in brainstorming sessions about design, and so do we! Simply put, it is fun to imagine the possibilities and design a day that reflects your personal style. We collaborate with you to develop wow factor moments and delightful little details that will inspire guests. Your floor plan, linens, tableware, florals, paper products, music, lighting and more are the notes that compose your wedding design symphony!

Planning & Support
The logistical aspects of wedding planning tend to get a bad rap, but this area is owner Christen Westcott’s bread and butter! She is an expert in all things wedding logistics and leaves no stone unturned to set you up for success. We’ll evaluate your headcount, venue space, parking and traffic, weather, vendor policies, timeline and more to ensure that you can walk confidently into your big day!

Execution is everything. The time, effort, love and care that we put into every client’s plan and design will be evident on your wedding day and will enable you and your loved ones to be fully present and enjoy these powerful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. We provide guidance and expertise to set you up for success and help you keep up the momentum on your wedding planning journey. We review every aspect of your plan to ensure that you will have a seamless and memorable wedding day.

Our 90-Day Planning & Coordination clients receive the same high standard when it comes to wedding day execution. We familiarize ourself with all of your preferences and priorities so that we are always one step ahead and anticipating client and vendor needs on wedding day.
Intimate Events
These packages are priced ‘a la carte’ as they tend to vary in size and scope. Please inquire for more details.
Events such as engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, send-off brunches, and milestone celebrations are characterized as “Intimate Events.” Due to the magnitude of our wedding clients’ needs, we accept a limited number of Intimate Events per year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t you offer Partial Planning?
It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me! I am an “all in” personality, and I have come to find that the lines simply get too blurry with Partial Planning. I find myself wishing I could do more, and I’m sure the client does as well! However, I do still offer 90-Day Planning and Coordination packages, because the guardrails on those packages are very clear. But act quickly, because we may not offer the 90 Day package for much longer.
Why don’t you offer Day-Of Coordination?
There is a wealth of online information to help couples plan their own weddings, but there is a reason why professional planners and designers have endured. 90-Day Planning & Coordination is our minimum package because we strongly believe in the value of having several thorough pre-wedding consultations in order to put our best foot forward.
